Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Returns or refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

Note: Opened or used food products are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene standards.
Return Shipping Costs

For exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

For damaged or incorrect items, Kanee Foods will cover return shipping costs.
Refund Method
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4 business days of confirmation.
